The unit is well maintained. The owner David responded and attended to an issue we had very promptly. Lovely balcony with a view of ocean. Perfect for morning coffee. The only downside was the amount of stairs. This unit is on the third floor. The one elevator is on the other side of a rather long building, making it difficult for loading and unloading bags and groceries.

This was our 6th trip to HH but the first time at this resort. We just love the tranquil atmosphere of the island. The apartment was great & the proximity of the pool and the beach were great. Everything we needed was there. We had tickets for the final day of RBC Heritage and the apartment was a short drive to where we had to park to get the bus to the event. Overall a great trip & we will definitely be back & would consider this resort again.

This was our second stay at this unit. We love it......the condo is clean and well equipped.The location is convenient . The host David has been very responsive.We would definitely return to this unit and recommend it to others..

This place has an awesome view of the ocean. It is so close to the pool and ocean. There are lots of great bike trails and parks to hike at. The condo is furnished with everything you need and provides a comfy bed and furniture. We have come a few times to Hilton Head, but this place was the best condo we have ever stayed at. We love that the area is not as busy as the other locations we stayed at. Hilton Head Tennis and Beach does not allow e-bikes, but we could just unload them at the park and ride all over the island. If you are coming to Hilton Head, you will not be disappointed if you stay here.

The property location was PERFECT! The island location was fantastically close enough to our great dining adventures, ice cream & thrift shops. Most importantly daily beach visits were STEPS away. The table under the tv was absolutely wonderful for puzzle piecing efforts. We will happily return to this spot!!

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean, well appointed and a skip from the pool and beach. Property Manager was great. We sooo appreciated the beach mat, beach chairs and mini-cooler!

We had a great time on the island. The condo provided everything we needed.. A very short walk to the Beach and pool. The convenience of 3 restaurants/bar was amazing in the resort. We will be back.

This property was a perfect getaway for my wife and I. Check-in process was flawless. The unit was perfect for a couple. Additionally, the pool and beach area were extremely nice and accommodating. We also liked the fact that there were restaurants so we didn’t necessarily have to leave the property. We will definitely consider staying here in the future

David was very prompt in booking our stay and giving us information about the area. It was the perfect amount of space for the 2 of us, and a short walk to the gigantic pool and beach. It was a nice getaway for my husband and I. We would definitely stay here again.

I can’t overstate how thoughtful and compassionate our hosts were during our foreshortened stay. We fell in love with our residence’s location on site and its appointments, it’s truly a wonderful condo and we were looking forward to our week stay.…Tropical Storm Debby had other plans. Struggling with the decision to abandon our vacation plans or stay, for what would have most likely been a rainout week at best, the Underwoods reached out to us! Let me just say that that alone was priceless. They were supportive of us no matter what our decision and were fundamental in our ultimate decision. I can highly recommend their awesome condominium, without reservation! We will most certainly be returning. Thanks again, David and Lisa, and God bless!

Great unit! We have stayed at several different units in the resort and this one has the best view of the ocean. Great proximity to the beach access point. Great communication with the owner for any questions/issues for the entire process from reservation to checkout.

This was our 7th trip to HHI and we always stay at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. This was by far the most conveniently located condo we have stayed at. Steps from the pool and beach access. Condo was perfect and fit our needs for the week.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The condo was by far the best condo I have ever stayed in at HHIB&T. The check-in process was simple, the condo was very clean and updated, and the view of the beach from the balcony was totally awesome. Most importantly the owner is very responsive and a true pleasure to deal with. David sent us updates and provided ideas of things to do at HHi prior to our vacation. David also quickly assisted us with obtaining a guest pass for our son, daughter-in-law, and grandson to visit us at HHIB&T to go to the beach and cookout at the onsite playground. We can't say enough about our positive experience with our vacation, the condo, and the owner. We will definitely rent from David again in the future.

We loved the unit.....the view and convience were great. Our hosts were very responsive when we had a small issue and took care of things immediately. We love this complex. This was our fourth time and this unit was definitely our favourite.......great location, great view and very well stocked.......we are definitely planning on returning to this unit for our next vacation.
