  • Acabamos de comprar este lugar en agosto de 2019 y lo renovamos por completo. Todo es nuevo para 2020. La villa cuenta con una cómoda cama King en el dormitorio y una cama Queen en la sala de estar, ducha de azulejos de pie, todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de tamaño completo de acero inoxidable negro y mostradores de piedra en la cocina, y grandes televisores inteligentes tanto en el dormitorio como en la sala de estar. ¡Sillas de playa, sombrillas y bicicletas incluidas! ¡Todos a solo unos pasos de la playa ya un par de cuadras de Colingy Plaza y Tiki Hut!

    Ubicado en Seaside Villas, un complejo privado frente al mar, a dos cuadras de Coligny Plaza y Tiki-Hut. A poca distancia de tiendas, restaurantes y supermercados. En el corazón de la playa principal de Hilton Head.

2 Night Stay — Super happy!

Its proximity to the shops and restaurants at Coligny, the fact that most of the units come with free bikes, and it being right on the water with what seems like every unit having a view of the ocean is all huge factors in why we keep coming back here!! We'll stocked. Bikes are a huge plus and as good as any you'd rent. Bed is on the soft side, and a king.

We have been renting condos at this property for several years! Everything you need. Easy communication with host . Clean , huge shower and great water pressure a plus for me. Bed is so comfortable. We love to sit on the balcony at night and a nice side view of the ocean! The other guests we meet are always very friendly as well! Great for couples and kids !!!

Great location for accessing the beach. Would have been perfect for two people, but it was a bit tighter than expected for our family of four. The pull-out couch was not comfortable, but the little kids were ok with it. That being said, the place had everything we needed plus a wagon, which was awesome for getting all out stuff to and from the beach.

We’ve been home a week and I’m still thinking about that ocean view! The condo was a good size for my husband and I. It was very clean. And having 2 bikes available was wonderful! You can literally ride bikes for miles and miles on the wonderfully shaded bike paths in the middle of the day! We thoroughly enjoyed dinner and a great show at the Jazz Corner as recommended by the hosts!

This place was lovely!!! Beautiful beach view. The location was perfect. Kendall keeps it very clean. We loved the bicycles and walk to the beach was awesome. 10 out of 10!

It was a perfect location just a short walk to the beach where we could just lay around with the chairs that were provided by the hostBalcony overlooking the beachThe kitchen had everything you needed to cook, but we just walked down the street to the restaurants in the little stores. My wife loves to check out all the little stores.Perfect vacation We plan to return

Our stay was lovely. We decided to do a little staycation by the beach and this condo was perfect for the two of us. Great location and cute beach vibe condo. Kendall was great at communicating with me about check in, the property, and she was so responsive to my questions. Always available. Also I would like to say that her associate, Kristin, was so helpful in finding a family item that had significant meaning that was left behind. THANK YOU, Krisitin. The team was great.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming condo and couldn't have asked for a better location. Being just steps from the beach was an absolute highlight, we loved being able to grab the included beach chairs and head out for a relaxing day by the water without any hassle.The convenience of having bikes available made exploring the area so much fun. Shops and restaurants were all within easy reach, which made the trip feel effortless and stress-free.The space itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a quaint, cozy feel that made it easy to settle right in. It had everything we needed without feeling cluttered.If you're looking for a beach retreat with great amenities and an unbeatable location, this is it. We'd absolutely stay again!

Cozy condo with an ocean view. Having bikes available to use was a huge plus. Owner was easy to communicate with and responsive to any needs. It was perfect for 2 people.

We had a great stay! Love the proximity to the beach & walking distance to Coligny Plaza. Great hosts & very clean space. Having the bikes, chairs, and wagon was awesome. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 for a couple of nights. If you have 4 people for an entire week, I would suggest one of the hosts’ bigger units. We would definitely come back!
