Villa de 2 dormitorios a solo 5 minutos de la playa!

Esta casa adosada de Palmetto Dunes está muy bien amueblada y se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie de la playa, del club de tenis y del primer tee del campo de golf Robert Trent Jones. Cuenta con 2 dormitorios y tres baños, con una cocina totalmente equipada y un lavadero grande, baños recientemente remodelados, nuevos gabinetes de cocina, un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 "e internet inalámbrico que complementa esta villa. En el primer piso, encontrará una amplia sala de estar equipada con un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas con reproductor de DVD Blu-ray, un sofá cama doble y un baño completo. Las puertas corredizas de vidrio de la sala de estar lo llevarán a una terraza elevada amueblada con una mesa con cuatro sillas y una parrilla de gas. Overall, a nice place to stay...

Pros: this two bedroom condo was very clean and had plenty of room for two couples (along with a child or two.) The condo was nestled in a quiet area with extremely easy access to a nice swimming pool and a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was stocked to meet all of our needs. Cons: We had family staying across the street and they were provided an ample supply of beach accessories and bikes...would have been a nice addition to this place. Our biggest issue with this condo was the noise from the A/C blower. It sounded like a jet blower in both bedrooms...enough to hinder a restful sleep.

Vertical blinds in den were broken if you tried to open, at least one fell off, stains on carpet upstairs, never was able to watch TV that we wanted. Needed detailed instructions on tv. Very dark in parking lot and getting to porch.

Close to RTJ Golf, Alexander’s, Pickle ball and tennis centre and the beach/Dunes. 5e place was comfortable but could definitely use a little TLC. It was not very well cleaned on arrival which did not help the overall assessment. Towels definitely need replacement. Furniture is quite old. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all for sitting. Kitchen is well equipped and very functional. Didn’t use the grill as there was no brush to clean it. Nice back desk to sit on. Great bird life in and around the condo.

Low and soft cushions the cause. 2nd bedroom has full (not queen) and twin bed. Queen mattress is very worn, dips in the middle. Bathrooms are great. Very good toilets and shower/tubs. Great for just 2. Good washer, dryer. Dishwasher is aged. Not perfect but we did enjoy our stay.

A much needed vacation!

We were a short walk from the beach and enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio...even saw a family of deer stroll by. It was a relaxing, fun time and we hope to return and stay at 11 Hickory Cove again!
