I REALLY wanted to give a five star review… but. First of all, check in was smooth, Robert the property manager was on point with communication and fixing any small issues and answering any questions and overall this updated property was perfect for our needs. The ONLY issue was the mattress in the second bedroom. It was ridiculous. The owner was contacted but there was no resolution. My daughter and her husband got zero rest. They ended up leaving two days early. A property that is advertised to be a luxury resort should put the sleeping comfort of clients at the very top of its priorities. Our family had two other condos at The Greens and we did have a wonderful week at HHI!
