The home was in great condition. It had all the kitchen items we needed too. Close enough to the beach to walk but we enjoyed taking the bikes we rented! Great quiet development too. I had been nervous about the location but it was right up our alley. My kids enjoyed they got so much room.

We can’t say enough good things about this condo and location. Quick access to the beach, beautiful bike trails, and the pool just across the way were all highlights. The entire place was clean and lovely.

Cozy and cute

We loved this house! Beautifully decorated and great amount of space. We all had our own area. Outdoor area was nice too! We enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back!

Beautiful home

The townhouse is very clean and well maintained. The walk to the beach is easy and mostly shaded. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in HHI!!!

Great Beach Villa

This Villa was luxurious. We enjoyed the ample space and cleanliness. The pool on the property was great, cleaned regularly and not too crowded.

Perfect Family Villa

This rental is perfect for a small family or group of friends. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed (toiletries, towels, dishes, pots/pans, etc). The property is also very close to the beach and several amazing restaurants.

This is a beautiful home on the Guadalupe River just a short distance from Presbyterian Mo-Ranch Assembly. We stayed for just a short visit but really enjoyed our time at Rock Bottom. The home is beautifully decorated and appointed. We spent the early part of each day at Mo-Ranch and then the latter part at Rock Bottom just relaxing and looking and listening for birds from the back porch. It was very restful.

Super nice property. Walking distance to beach. Great amenities. Our family enjoyed a week there. Spacious and quiet. You can get to most places on the island in about 15 minutes.

Perfect location in port royal

The home was conveniently located right near the Westin. Our family bought day passes to use the Westin pool one day which was great! Clean home and easy check in process. Will rent again.

Spring Break

Condo’s location is within a short walk to the beach. It is nicely furnished and quite comfortable. The upper level provides a quiet space from which one could work remotely.

HHI nice visit

This was a nice stay for our family. We loved the closeness to the beach and the pool. Use Islanders Park for beach access-restrooms, outdoor showers to rinse, nice boardwalk and mat all the way to the beach. Courtyard is great to store bikes and beach gear. A\C was nice and cold. A few maintenance needs we had which were addressed. Good setup, quiet part of HHI. Separate small drink fridge was great.

Family holiday getaway

Every year our family visits a new location between Christmas and New Years. This year we chose Hilton Head SC. The property was perfect for our family. Robert was helpful with any issues we had! The beds were comfortable and I liked that each bedroom had a bathroom! All though it rained every day we were there, many memories were made! Great property to stay in!

Wonderful Accommodation

We had a wonderful family vacation. The townhouse was better than described and very clean. The unit was very spacious and the upstairs living room was great for our older kids. Very short walk to the beach and playground. The pool is right across from the unit and had plenty of room for all the enjoy the pool and pool side. Great location would definitely stay here again.

Such a wonderful stay!

We stayed at this property at the end of August and everything was perfect! The house is exactly like the pictures. The teenagers loved the extra tv room for late night games and hanging out. The beach was a short walk, but we opted to drive most days with all of our beach gear and only paid $2-4 at the metered parking for a few hours. Overall, this has been one of our favorite vacation rentals ever and we hope to come back to your beautiful island!!!!
