My husband wants to return! It's a beautiful area & loved seeing the river. We got used to daily visits from the train.”

“Needed a quiet place to stay in Princeton WV while working a job there for a couple weeks. This place was an absolute gem! Nice and cozy remodeled cabin in the woods. Definitely off the beaten path, but well worth the find. Would love to stay there again if the time and place called for it. ”

The views are STUNNING and with two levels of wrap around porches you almost feel as though you’re in a treehouse Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets and one lovely rainbow, wildlife sightings daily, and total peace and serenity. “Loved our stay! The house is roomy, very clean, and even though it is in the middle of a small town, it feels very private. We loved hanging out on the back porch. Peggy adds a lot of little touches around the house to make you feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again!Hot tip: visit Tamarack Marketplace for a wonderful selection of handmade West Virginia items. ”

“The house has been beautifully renovated. It was spacious enough for our large family. The game room was a hit with our kids. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house is close to New River Gorge National Park. The town of Thurmans is nearby along with Concho overlook, Dunlop Falls and Finn’s Falls. The host is quick to respond. We definitely recommend staying here. ”
