“Excellent modern rental apartment with full kitchen and washer/dryer. I was there four nights. Rough neighborhood with homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks near to the hotel and the streets are deserted at night. Good central location for LA Live and Peacock Theater. Security men at front door were not always available to let you in, but that was a minor inconvenience.
