“This was perfect for my son and I, or even for a couple or small family. Listing was exactly as described, the view of the beach was wonderful! Everything you need or want is a short walk or drive away. There were plenty of towels, which I certainly appreciated. The front dest staff was helpful and friendly, the pool was nice, and I loved that we could just leave our room and walk across the street to the beach. We will absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend!You do have to pay 35 dollars...

“DEAD ELEVATOR: If you like dragging all your full-size suitcases and carry-on luggage up two sets of stairs, this is the place for you. When you finally get to the top floor, don't bother trying to get the DEAD TV working. You'll have plenty of time to do laundry - your clean shower towels can be found in the washing machine soaking wet. LOFT DESCRIPTION: Fails to mention the DEAD ELEVATOR that they know about and refuse to fix. Discovering the TV WAS DEAD was actually funny.”

“There were a few things that needed to be checked prior to renting to a new tenant. The coffee maker was dirty, two dirty coffee cups in the cabinet, a couple nails sticking up from the hardwood floors, towel rack was broke when we arrived. Semi low level apartments with not alot of decor. There was fairly good communication with the rental company. ”

“This lovely condo is on the ground floor, perfect for someone with limited mobility, though there is a tall step to enter both front & back. I assume that it’s to prevent flooding as it is very close to the water. It’s a short walk to the Seawall, beach access, and several nice restaurants. There’s generous parking in the back so no need to search for street parking, big plus! I found this condo to be very clean & no sign of critters.The kitchen is fairly well stocked for cooking but...
