“Bed in bedroom was very uncomfortable, too soft. We’ve stayed here before but there was a door to the bathroom, now just a curtain. Highly recommended door be reinstalled.”

“There is absolutely nothing bad to say about the very welcoming home, it didnt feel like just a house we rented, felt like a home. It was full of sweet little details that added to the welcoming atmosphere. It had everything you would have in your own home. Walking barefoot to the beach was nice and cooking on the backyard grill was awesome! Looking forward to booking again on the next trip to Galveston. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“This house was perfect for my family. The 1/2 bath is tiny, but usable. We got a good laugh when each one went in to see how they 'fit' in the small space. The full bath is roomy & beautiful! The beds were comfortable & the individual air conditioners in each room worked out great. Everyone slept soundly. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality utensils, appliances & dishes.”

“Spacious, clean, and well-stocked. Our children loved the toys and bunk bedroom downstairs. It's short drive from the Galveston Island State Park, where you can either enjoy the beach or check out some nature on the bay side. The neighborhood is close to small restaurants and a nice coffee shop, and is quite walkable. If you would like a place to stay in Jamaica Beach, this should be it.”

“My husband, myself and 14 yr old grandson at the Lavender house. It looked just like the pictures on vrbo. The colors of the outside and the cute little front porch were great. The beds were comfy and the rooms inviting. My grandson loved the fact we could venmo a pizza for him! All in all it was a great place to stay. I would book again. “The home was small but functional. The beds did not seem to be queen size but the headboards were. The cleaning crew was still working when we arrived and asked us to give them additional time to finish. The neighborhood was questionable, lots of foot traffic, men sitting on the corner with loud music and drinking. As single women we would not stay here again, it did not feel safe.”

“We loved our stay in this 4-bedroom Beach Home about 24 mins from Galveston.Easy check-in!Both balconies have ocean view.The 2 primary bedrooms both have king-sized beds.One mattress was super firm--great for back after a long day!The pictures are slightly different than what is there now.Living room furniture is worn but comfortable, and the flooring in downstairs living area has been repaired and doesn't quite fit the repaired space.Pics show the house has a dog run, which it does not.Kitchen...
