I have stayed here many times and normally it's an excellent stay. They messed up my room reservation and I received a terrible room with no balcony. Nothing to view or have a smoke if needed. I always ask for a balcony and this should be a matter of record at this point. I requested a balcony when I booked the room. This stay was disappointing.

Asa muslim traveller, the grand mosque is just a door steps and also halal saigon restaurent just beside the hotel. If want to go to shoping ben thant market and malaysia street about 2km. Easy to get grab. Breakfast if not cheaper better dont take because only eggs, bread, fruits and cerial. Other is non halal. Better bring your own food coz food is very expensive.

綺麗なホテルだった。
トイレのドアが隙間なくキチンと閉まるタイプでよかった。水がたまにお湯を溜める時に熱いお湯が出なかった事があった。ダブルベッドを希望したが、セミダブルが二つ並んだ部屋だった。変更を申し込んだが、満室と言われて変えてくれなかったのは少しショックだったが、部屋自体はとても快適だった。

Nice and helpful hotel staff. Dated room that needed some TLC including a slightly moldy bathroom. Room facing the street was a bit loud at night. But somehow it was my best night's sleep on the trip so I can't complain too much.

オーバーブッキングでスタッフが付いて来たにもかかわらず次々ホテルをたらい回しされた上朝食が最低なキングサイズのベッド2個と使いもしない円形ジャグジーがあるスイート⁈らしき部屋だから良いだろう的な話であてがわれた部屋。ベトナム人だから仕方ないとは思いつつサイゴンホテルはもう無いかなと思う。。

3回ぐらい頼んでもUSB充電アダプターか使えないものが届きスマホの充電ができない。壊れているわけではなくあわないものばかり届く。シャワーがだんだん冷たくなる。このホテルは気に入ってよく何回も来ているからもう少し良くなってほしいです。
