“Best view, very clean property. Staffs are super friendly and welcoming. Value for money. Love the peace and nature of it. However, we encounter road roads on the way to hotel, and need to transfer to scooters instead. Road works starts from 0730hrs to 2100hrs, so plan your trip to the city area well if you’re carrying your luggage or bulky items. I’ll give this hotel a perfect score. Oh take note of insects at night. But it makes the whole experience wholesome. Trip in and out of the hotel...

“The view from our room was spectacular. Walkable to city center. Didn’t like that they allowed smoking in the balcony so we didn’t get to go out at the balcony and enjoy mountain air that much. Our neighbor smoked all day. Also staff at the reception were all over the place talking in loud voices didn’t seem like a 5 star hotel staff would do. ”

“A truly first class fantastic experience at this property. Excellent service from the front desk to the restaurants to the service staff all throughout. Extremely prim and proper and well trained in the art of service culture. Surprisingly, this is an independent hotel not under any franchise but it might as well be! The standards were that good! Just walking distance to the Sapa Station where you can start your journey up the mountain of fansipan via cable car. Great experience!”

“Such helpful staff. Beautiful facilities - the buildings, gardens, paths, rooms, cups in the rooms, the fitout of the bathrooms. Everything was gorgeous. The views over the surrounding valley were so serene. Fabulous place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of Sapa township. Thank you for a fabulous stay!”
