Very good location

Rooms are old and quite cold probably to hide the humidity, but the location is the best especially for a single man who likes a little bit of fun at night. Enjoy the king bed, the breakfast is simple but good especially the bakery. The lobby is new and much nicer than before, they should continue with the rooms!

In Hong King on business. Walking distance to the Wan Chai MTR station and the convention center. Excellent breakfast. Fine place to stay.

Thanks for great stay. Friendly staff.. Stacy was very helpful in organising room upgrades. I lost HK $2000 in the lobby which was returned to reception and ultimately to me which was wonderful.

比較適合夏天住宿的飯店

我去年七月時覺得很棒, 但這次剛好在今年最冷的那個晚上住宿, 沒有被子, 只有毯子, 所以不夠暖(也可能是我不會調房間的空調), 到早上五點多就被冷醒. 不過服務人員還是一樣親切.

great location for entertainment and transport

have stayed at this hotel on 5 different occasions, always polite and helpful. this time though I had credit card trouble, the banks not the hotels problem, after discussing prob with hotel manager and organising to fix next day or just pay cash, I returned to hotel very late that evening to be locked out of my room and lifts, approached different manager whom wouldn't let me in room unless I paid for the night?????????? paid cash... same prob next day....pretty laid back person but blew up massive, not the right way to be treated.......

四天三夜港遊

香港灣仔皇悅飯店地點真的不錯，到香港各處都便利，飯店品質很好，性價比超高，設施也乾淨豪華，飯店還有提供一隻智慧型手機可在香港使用，讓我們出遊可帶著方便查詢.唯獨飯店wifi有點慢，但住起來還是超讚！

Mitten im Leben + gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

HongKong war sehr ausgebucht und ich wollte gerne für das Wochenende in die City, der Preis war gut (Expedia-Fehler mal ausgeklammert). Es gab ein Upgrade in den 21. Stock (ganz oben), Zimmer wie immer in Hong Kong nicht groß, aber okay! Smartphone für die freie Nutzung war nett, lokale Anrufe und einige Länder (US ...) waren inclusive (Deutschland nicht!). Der Pool war okay, das Wetter hat leider nicht mitgespielt. Frühstück ist sehr üppig - hier wird alles angeboten, was die internationalen Gäste wünschen könnten (von Nudeln bis zum Butterhörnchen). Sehr zufrieden, Service (icl.Tageszeitung) gut, Lage Top (MTR Wan Chai 150 Meter/Tram (Ding Ding) 100 Meter, Busse rund herum. Das Hotel ist nicht nagelneu, aber gut in Schuss!

Horrible experience

Hotel gave us a room with faulty tv set & no aircon, but promised to fix it by the time my dad & I were back at night. However, it wasn't fixed as what they claimed. And forced us to change to a double bed room instead of twin bed for that night, as they didn't have twin bed room available for that night. I had to argue with them and was put on hold for about 10min before they agreed to change to a twin bedroom for us. It was 30min later when we got another call saying the room was ready, however, it wasn't ready and we had to stand/ wait outside the new room for another 10min while they tried to get the room ready. Extremely bad experience, will never stay in this hotel again, considering how they treat frequent/ returning guests.

地點交通方便

房間不是很大但應有盡有，隔音效果不好，但地點真的很方便，免費接駁巴士直接在飯店門口，完全不用拉行李趕行程，附近有惠康超市，整理來講還算滿意!!

Convenient hotel but subpar on service and comfort

Hotel is rated at 4 star but it is only between a 2 to a 3 star in US standard. Only the lobby looks like a 4 star hotel. The hallway is narrow and dim. The room, the carpet, and bathroom is marginally clean. Room service did not give us the two bottles of water on the second day. I called room service, waited one hour and no one showed up. Called the front desk again and 15 minutes later got our water from the room service. We were on the 15th floor and could still hear the music and noises from the bars on Lockhart road. It was not super loud but noticeable. The beds and pillows were too soft. The swimming area was not appealing.

Excellent hotel

Excellent hotel and staff for our stay over in Hong Kong. Couldn't be happier with the hotel. The Gymi has hopeless equipment.

HK trip

Location is decent, although room wasn't all that clean. Carpets and curtains are probably have not been replaced or cleaned in past decade. this is a not a 4 star hotel more like 1.5. Towels and sheets all had steins on them and even when they were replaced still the same. The place itself is really old. Room was small but decent size. Either stay at Central or Causeway districts.

Nice Location

Smooth check in. Room was spacious and comfortable bed. Staff were nice and helpful when making enquiry. Location is strategic to all shopping malls and eating.

Great Location

Loved the location! Close to so many good and cheap restaurants. Handy to MTR. Staff were polite and very helpful. Rooms were clean but small, however I've been spoil in the past with stays in in Vegas.Loved the use of the free phone where I could call free back to the US. I definitely would recommend this Hotel to others.
