“The house is old and dilapidated. Its has a shotty remodel, and some of the furnishings are old or broken. The beds were so bad that we left and went to a hotel to sleep.No problems with the host.The rental is in the ghetto, and we were approached more than once by panhandlers.”

New kitchen counters, ratty old cupboards.Very iffy neighborhood, with a very scarey-looking place right next door, a big gate to get in to the apartment, with an electromagnetic lock and bars on the windows, and multiple locks on he front door.
