“We have stayed in the Hendersonville and Brevard areas many times and this house was among the best we've been to. It was very well-appointed, conveniently located, clean, and suitable for our large family. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. We had everything we needed for a restful and enjoyable vacation.”

“How this property ever got numerous 10 stars is beyond my comprehension; very obviously fake reviews. The shower floor was nasty. There was what appeared to be black mold under kitchen sink. Floors were uneven and sinking in spots. Roof covered with tarp. Walls were particle board and mismatched pieces of scrap wood. Overall, we had to question the integrity of the home. Owner did not sent check- in info on day of until we called an hour after check-in time. Left shortly after seeing the place....
