“This was a great place to harbor during our spring break stay in Hot Springs. While we always chose to drive, it is possible to walk to Central Avenue and down Bath House Row which is where all the day and night life is. It says in the description of the house that it is not ADA accessible. Believe it. My spouse is a bit older, and he made it, but remarked every time he climbed the concrete steps out front. Additionally, the house appears to have been added on to through the decades as no floor...

“We were very disappointed with our stay. The grounds were not well kept and it was not gated. Just a “gate” you drive through, no code required. The tennis courts and playground were VERY run down. The house was in dire need of paint and TLC updates. My husband found a cockroach in the main bathroom our last night. I would not recommend this property,”

“This property has not been dusted for a long time. The carpet was filthy; the bathroom was clean although the jets in the tub were dirty and therefore unusable by us. The kitchen has no stove, only a very small countertop unit. The kitchen has very few supplies. The porch area was covered in cobwebs. The inside although decor is as advertised it attracts a tone of dust and is very dark and drab. Also, they need to advertise that it is not a good place for those with disabilities. “My bad, I did not read the full description on the unit. I thought this was a condo but, no, it's a converted office of a motor lodge. It was described as a 2 bedroom, when in essence, it was not; more of a shotgun apartment, you walk in to the living room, bedroom in the middle and bath and kitchen at the back. No privacy if you are with another couple. The ac was a bit lacking as was the parking. Ants were all over the kitchenFor the price charged, it was not worth it. ”

“The add for the property was very accurate. We would stay there again. Very convenient location to Hot Springs but still able to get away from the busyness of the downtown area.”

“Not a 10 as shown. Deck was in bad shape falling apart and dangerous. Half of lights burnt out. I would rate this a 2 out of 10. Very over priced.”
