The location was good but it is irresponsible to rent out this property knowing the condition of the floors in in bedroom and hallway leading to the bathroom. Newly installed laminate is severely buckling in numerous places to the extent of 2 to 3 inches creating large rises and humps that are a trip hazard with an attempt to cover some with rugs. We left after staying 2 out of the 3 nights we paid for. TV in bedroom also loses signal constantly but the large one in the living room is nice. Would strongly recommed getting the floors fixed before renting this property again.

Absolutely LOVED the Big Cedar Bungalow

It’s an adorable old house with modern touches. Cute and comfortable. For the price and the location you cannot beat it! The bathtub is perfect, I’m picky about bathtubs and it didn’t disappoint. The house even had a little PAC-Man machine. They thought of everything. If you forgot something, no worries it’s already in the house!

This bungalow was so cute and great for a fun trip to hot springs! The location was perfect for us. The hosts were great and everything was clearly marked with information if we had any questions and was super clean. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here when we come back to hot springs:)

Nice, quiet getaway

This was the perfect place to celebrate our one year anniversary. The property is literally right down the street from the strip, and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The hosts are incredibly hospitable. Mr. Freddie next door is a sweetheart. He offered to let us rent his slingshot if the weather permitted. We will for sure be back. Thank you for the awesome experience.

Wonderful Experience

The bungalo was awesome. Very clean and decorated perfectly. Was a bit surprised that the laundry was shared with the other nearby units but I probably just missed this in the listing. Didn't need to use it anyway. My wife and I loved our stay and especially liked how close it was to Central Ave and everything you could want to do. We would definitely recommend!

We loved this little house. It was within easy walking distance of Bathhouse Row. We barely had to get in the car at all. The house itself was clean and comfortable. I can't think of a single complaint.

Such a great stay!

My boyfriend and I loved the property. The house was warm and cozy the moment we walked in and it was just down the road from bath house row so the location just as perfect. It was an amazing find and an amazing stay for our first time in Hot Springs.

Cottage was just as noted. It was tidy and comfortable. Location is very convenient and the pac man machine was too fun. All the basics were provided and no issues. We hope to stay here again .

We absolutely loved this house! The updates are wonderful and it’s just too cute. I loved all the little personal touches around the house and they have provided everything you need. Beds are comfy too! We were so comfortable here all week.
