  • After a day of fun at the races or exploring Hot Springs relax, a drink in hand on the spacious deck watching the sunset on the Lake Hamilton main channel. This cottage has a fabulous view of the water, so close you'll feel like you're floating. Fill your days boating, fishing, swimming, gambling, watching the horses run and exploring the city when you book this 3 bedroom (queen size beds) gem on a private, gated peninsula. There are cameras located in the carport and covering the front door.

First time in Arkansas

We attended a college orientation at the University of Arkansas and turned the trip into a family vacation at Hot Springs. The house was perfect size, clean, meticulously decorated and private. We will recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in that area.

Fantastic

We loved staying at this property for our annual trip to Hot Springs. It's a beautiful property with amazing views of the lake. Unbelievable deck - close to track and not too far from downtown. Joe was a great host! We will definitely stay again on our next trip to town.

Loved it!!!

House is great, nicely decorated and the view of the lake is awesome. Kitchen is well stocked and there were nice welcoming gifts. Owner was very accommodating and we had no problems getting in touch when needed. The back patio is fantastic and we spent many relaxing hours out there.

Weekend Trip

My husband and I and another couple came for the weekend to attend a weddings. The property was gorgeous, clean, and the perfect location- close enough to downtown but peaceful in the evening. We will be back!
