The place was awesome. The only suggestion I would make is to put curtains or shades on the Master Bedroom windows to allow for some privacy. We loved the location and views of the lake

Lake House

We loved our stay at the lakefront home! Information about check in was clearly communicated in advance. The area was easy to find, and the neighborhood was peaceful. It also wasn’t far from places we wanted to visit (Hot Springs, Garvan Gardens, Lake Catherine, etc.). We enjoyed a lot of time at the home cooking, listening to the rain on the roof, and watching movies. The home was welcoming, clean, and well-stocked with necessities (cooking supplies, towels, toiletries, etc). This place is one I will easily recommend to friends and may return to one day!

Perfect Hot Springs Family Trip!

This lake house cabin was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of space, full kitchen, gorgeous views, and plentiful outdoor options to enjoy the lake from. So many decks! We hope to return in the summer with paddle boards bc the lake is absolutely stunning & peaceful! But for the fall, the autumn colors and geese on the water were so beautiful. It was a quick 20 min drive to hot springs national park & bathhouse row, and a cozy little oasis after a long day of shopping and hiking. Every detail was thought of - plenty of towels, detergent for the laundry, family games, big coffee pot, & more. :) Thank you!!! -The Dowells

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy the scenery

What a great place! Just came to get away with a couple of friends. Really enjoyed the area, and the weather was gorgeous. The house was wonderful! Had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The outdoor area was awesome, however part of it was under construction. We just enjoyed sitting out on the upper deck and watching the boats go by. Would definitely come back.

Great Getaway

If you want seclusion, peace and quiet, then this is the place! Great location on Lake Hamilton in a cove so it is not as busy as the other portions of the lake. Located close to all the spots in Hot Springs and not too far of a drive to get to places. The house has ample areas to enjoy hanging outside on the deck, boat dock, etc. A great place to stay and unwind. Highly recommend!!!

Hat Springs Family Vacation

Amazing home and location for our family vacation! The location to the water and all of the amenities made for an amazing time. The only concern for utilizing in the future is the parking availability that would not allow for a boat or kayak trailer.

Cozy and comfortable

We spent a long new years weekend here with lots of hiking and exploring in parks in the area. The house was a perfect retreat after long days. The beds were comfy and we loved the big windows in the guest bedroom. Because it was cold we didn’t get to take advantage of the porch but it looked lovely. The neighborhood looks a bit sketchy but it was perfectly quiet and we had no complaints. Favorite hikes were the pinnacle mountain state park summit trail and the Lake Oachita state park caddo bend trail. And don’t miss a drive to the hickory mountain drive vista - stunning!

Breathtaking

This lake house is so cute and had the most breathtaking views, I am disabled so I didn't go down to the lower areas but it was not a problem the upper deck's views were wonderful and it was nice not to have any steps in the house and only one small step on the front porch with no issues. My sister and I go on a yearly small vacation and this lake house by far was the easiest to get around and I can't say enough about the views, from the deck, dinning room, and main bedroom it was just wonderful.

Relax Time

The home is lovely with everything you need provided. All furniture, especially the beds, were very comfortable. The deck and dock were so much fun. Fishing and swimming are allowed right off of the dock. We are already planning our trip next year!

Favorite New Lake Hamilton Property

We absolutely loved our stay! We frequent Lake Hamilton and I have two other properties that I usually stay in, which weren’t available in this short notice so we booked this property and it is now my favorite! The house was decorated so cute and had everything we needed for stay. Owners were easy to speak with and check in was easy. Loved the location in the quiet little cove. Beds were super comfortable and loved the view from master bedroom! Only issue, if you have mobility issues, it is a little trek with steep stairs down to the lake. Not a problem for us but wanted to pass the info along for others. We ❤️ this property so much and we will definitely be back!!

nice lake house

nice, clean. There was a major hail storm during our stay resulting in a loss of power for a few hours, a lot of debris on the decks, and a leak in the roof. The owner was very quick to get someone out to clean the mess and assess the roof. Over all nice lake house, bad timing on our part.

Hidden Treasure

This house is a little off the beaten path but welll worth the drive! It was very quiet and cozy. Plenty of room for the 4 of us, and very comfortable. The views, even in winter, are breathtaking!
