The house was clean and had everything we needed. The location is very centralized and close to many attractions and shopping. The host was very responsive to all questions. We drive a large SUV and parking in front of the house was a little tight but we were told we could park at the back of the house where there was more room. We would stay here again!

Great place that's close to everything in Hot Springs. Owners are super nice, helpful, and informative. House was perfect size for our family of three. The driveway is small, but you can park in the street if you have more than one car. There is no pantry in the kitchen but we just made one cabinet a food storage and it worked great. The refrigerator is small, but worked great for what we needed it for. There is not a dishwasher but they provide the necessities to wash by hand. There is a washer and dryer in the house. Everything else you would need is provided and TV's in every room. The house is super cute, clean, and spacious for the square footage. We would definitely recommend this house.

We were on a tight schedule and when we arrived at check in time, an AC repair person was there. We had no communication from the property and was not able to go in and have the privacy to bathe and change to meet our other obligations. Not knowing or communicated how long it would be, We had to find other accomodations in order continue with our schedule and vacation plans. The property refused to offer a refund or even a partial refund and failed to talk to me about it as promised

Very Nice House

The house is very close to downtown and the National park. It is walking distance to the horse track and casino. It had everything we needed for our stay including coffee, shampoo, conditioner and soap. The house is equipped with a washer and dryer and laundry supplies. Because of the location of this particular house on the street, their is ample parking space if you are bringing more than one vehicle. The owner was very communicative and let us know quickly how to get into the house and checked in with us while we were there. I highly recommend this property.

Girls trip with friends!

We enjoyed our stay. Property was just what we needed for a fun time with friends. It was cleaned and well decorated. Owners supplied many items that we needed and wanted. Owner was available for questions and was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Derby Day Stay

This was my husband and my first stay in Hot Springs where we could walk to the track. The house was very convenient to walk to the track and we very much enjoyed our stay. Chris was great to communicate with and we would definitely stay again.

Nice place, convenient to Oaklawn

My wife and I stayed at this property to attend a race weekend at Oaklawn. The house was just as advertised and very clean. In fact, I was happy to find that the coffee bar setup was much better than advertised and included a Keurig machine with a large supply of K-cups. Location was good with only a short walk to Oaklawn and a few neighborhood restaurants. Overall, we won't hesitate to book this property next time.
