Welcome to Cooper’s Point, 10 minutes from downtown Hot Springs, featuring a brand new private & cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bunk room, 1.5 bath Forest River Vibe cabin with fireplace, central air, gas range, deck w/hot tub & outdoor living spaces including grill, outdoor entertainment & beverage fridge, all nestled under the pines & surrounded by water! Our property is family owned & occupied, with our rental cabin situated & fenced off for pets & privacy at the end of our lake point. Se habla Español! We are proud to offer an affordable dog-friendly experience for couples, friends, small families, or anyone wanting to get away & relax. We’ve even hosted famous writers! A privacy fence affords a dog-safe & uniquely solitary water-front stay nestled under the pine trees, while our cozy master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with premium bedding, & our bunk room features one *upper* bunk & a lower fold- out queen couch that we can make up on request. (Please note for mobility purposes that when the bunk room queen bed is pulled out & made it takes up the whole small bunk room.) All rooms are situated with great lake views right on the water.

We’ve built a new deck for our professionally-maintained hot tub & private living & outdoor cooking area that includes a propane fireplace. Lakeside evenings couldn’t get much better than sipping tea or a glass of chardonnay out on the deck in front of the fire with your best friend or your best canine pal & your kindle.

For the colder winter months, our RV cabin is equipped with central heating, electric fireplace, extra radiators if needed, a heated mattress pad on the master bed, plus plenty of cozy blankets. If you like quiet days in, we offer books, games & puzzles, plus Netflix & Amazon with movies & internet for viewing the lake from the comfort of the warm indoors.

A few things to know:

Lakeside can still get chilly in the winter, so please plan & dress accordingly.

Smaller dogs should be leashed at all times as we do have (amazingly beautiful) predatory birds, including bald eagles, hawks and owls.

As shown in photos, this property is in the woods & has all the woodsy things one would find in the woods, such as bugs, critters & such. We take a lot of care to remove fire ants & bad insects like wasps; however, please be aware the property is right on the lake & situated in the woods & plan accordingly.

The cabin does have an oven, but just fits a flat baking pan. We also have a new outdoor gas grill with burner in the outdoor kitchen area.
