Please check out our reviews. We work hard to get the great ratings reflected in our many reviews! Louisiana Themed, Beautiful, Newly Renovated, open design with living room, dining room and spacious kitchen with quartz counters. Vaulted Ceilings. Single-level. Comfortable King size beds with cool gel mattresses and amazing headboards - ensuite baths with towel warmers- 2 separate coffee bars stocked with your choice of coffee and tea. Fully furnished with 3 Large TVs, WiFi and Netflix. Huge dining table for games and puzzles, Washer/Dryer, Outside entertainment Deck with gas grill, abundant wildlife. Whole house, not a duplex. 1/2 mile to Garvan Gardens, 1.5 mile to Lake Hamilton Boat Launch (Sunnybrook Landing with fishing pier, 30 acre park and boat launch), 6.5 miles to Oaklawn Racing and Casino, Close to Lake Catherine St Park/Diamondhead - easy access and close to all Hot Springs has to offer. RV Hookup available for our guests, 35 amp breaker and dump station. House is easy to find, located at the corner of Carpenter Dam and Arkridge Roads. Dual entrance, circular drive. Our stay was excellent, it is decorated beautifully, all furnishings were VERY comfortable.Water, soft drinks, fresh cookies were provided and appreciated!Kitchen was furnished with everything we required.We will be back!

Amazing

This is our 2nd time staying and we love it. The decor is amazing, it is so comfortable and they go out of their way to provide little extras that make your stay amazing. This will be our go to place everytime we come.

Amazing Stay

Our stay way exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and perfect accommodations for two couples traveling together. Hosts made our stay very memorable. We sincerely hope to find ourselves passing through this way again.

This property was everything it advertised. It is in a great location and easy access to everything you would need. The property itself was immaculate and clean. I would highly recommend staying there and hope to go back.

Perfect Spot

We have stayed at numerous vrbo’s and this one is the best of the best! We are welcomed with cookies, and a refrigerator filled with drinks.They go above and beyond to make our vacation in Hot Springs the best it could be. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Weekend trip

We came for a weekend get-away. It was the perfect spot for us. Prime location to go to downtown hot springs, garvan woodland gardens, lake Catherine & lake Hamilton! We will definitely come again & stay longer! Very clean & modern!

Always amazing

This is our third stay and we love it. The house is so beautiful and the beds are amazingly comfortable. It’s located in a peaceful area but close to everything. The hosts are great and we can’t say enough good things. We will continue to stay here every year.

Quiet get a way!

Very quiet, peaceful place. Beautiful inside and out, private deck on the side of the house perfect for a morning cup of coffee. Beautiful clean bedrooms and kitchen. Has everything you need for a relaxing stay!

Best rental property

This was by far the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Well decorated and cozy. The beds were comfortable as well. I will definitely be staying again. Close to downtown and the tracks but seems like you are in the country.

Beautifully Decorated

This is our second time staying at the property and it did not disappoint. This set up works wonderfully for a family and is well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. As an air b and b owner myself, this property is expertly maintained with personal touches that set it above other rentals.

Wonderful Christmas with family back home in Arkansas.

It was wonderful! Very clean with beautiful decor and holiday decorations also. We had a wonderful Christmas dinner along with a birthday party after, thanks to the beautiful dining room area and spacious kitchen. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic as always!!

This was the third time our group has stayed at this adorable house. As always, it was perfect - the location, the decor, very comfy beds with nice pillows and linens. It was too cold to grill but there is a very nice grill and outdoor space.

Wonderful property

We loved staying here, everything was just beautiful. House was very clean and beds were comfy. Lots of little extras added that were thoughtful. Communication with owners was great. We highly recommend and hope to come back one day!
