Wonderful trip

Came to Hot Springs to meet my daughter and son-in-law of the Appalachian Trail. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Close to town with all the amenities! Beautiful peaceful place. But the townspeople were so friendly and a wonderful time was had by all of us!

Sibs weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway. The cabin was perfect, great decor, fully stocked kitchen and great outdoor space. The town of Hot Springs is adorable.

Cozy, Comfy and Convenient!

This cabin is a gem with a great view! It is nicely furnished, the kitchen has great appliances and is fully equipped to prepare and serve meals. The beds are comfortable and everything was super clean! Our family came into town to do some hiking and the hot tub was a great way to unwind!

Hot Springs Cabin

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The property listing was very accurate. The house was very clean and was situated in such a peaceful and serene area. I would highly recommend this rental property!

Serene & peaceful property

We were in town for a family wedding and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The house was beautiful and very clean. The hot tub was relaxing and the view absolutely beautiful! Thank you for a wonderful experience in Hot Springs. I would absolutely book again.

Wonderful!

We were very pleased to find everything as described, very comfortable and clean. We were able to enjoy the scenery from porch and deck and use the fire pit. Everyone in our group wants to return to this cabin again very soon!

Graduation Weekend!

Our weekend celebrating our son's graduation was awesome and staying at 850 River Road was a big part of our celebration! Beautiful location, the hot tub, and the cabin were fantastic!!! Memories for a lifetime!

Son’s wedding weekend!

Amazing house! We will come back to Hot Springs just to stay here! Perfect location, very peaceful sitting by the fire pit drinking coffee watching the wildlife. I have never stayed in a “Home” that was so well equipped. The hosts were extremely responsive, as I had several questions. One of our best stays ever!

Fabulous family getaway!

Close to town and quiet

House was clean and comfortable. Everything was as promised. My only warning on the house is that the drive is a little steep but nothing to bad. I would definitely stay again. Also the empty field made a great view of to the mountains.

Quiet & Peaceful Retreat

Close to Hot Springs, yet quiet with beautiful rural views. Enjoyed the fire pit & hot tub. Lots of comfy places to sleep and bathe, and plenty of room for all of us. Plenty of parking too. Wildlife were also incredible. The birder in me was thrilled to hear a Whip Poor Will for the first time in decades!!

Great Time! Winter getaway.

Pros Very clean, well equipped, loved the furniture and decor. Especially the couch., And the lighting, location is great. Views are awesome. Cons Takes an unacceptable amount of time for hot water to reach fixtures, toilets are small, Seems hot and cold water lines were reversed on a couple fixtures.

Nice stay in Hot Springs

The house was well stocked and comfortable for our family of six, and probably could have accommodated a couple more folks. It was less than a mile from the little town of Hot Springs which had a few good eateries, a brewery with live music(some nights), and a small market. Essentially, all activities are outdoors, including hiking and swimming. We had a wonderful day renting a pontoon boat for tubing on Lake Douglas(TN) about an hour away.

Girls' Trip

We enjoyed our girls' trip. The house and the location was perfect. We had booked a white water rafting trip in Hot Springs and sines at athe Iron Horse. Every was fabulous. We all would highly recommend you to our friends. I left a little note in the house and wanted to make you aware that there is an electrical short in the light switch in the master bedroom. Thank you again for the great accomodations and a great weekend.

Quiet and Relaxing

Wonderful place! We had the family there for my wife's birthday weekend. The house decor is soothing, the view of the pond and mountains are fabulous, and the house is extremely conveniently located! We enjoyed the hot tub multiple times and were even visited daily by the neighborhood rooster! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare her birthday dinner. We had a little trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi (coudn't totally go off the grid), but the hosts were gracious and patient in helping us sort it out. Highly recommend!

Wonderful pond & mountains view, fresh interiors & furnishings

House, inside and out, is immaculate, well done. The floorplan is spacious with fresh/new decor, comfortable furniture & beds, great kitchen, and new looking appliances. Living room is well laid out for big screen TV viewing with 2 large sofas.We didn't use the hot tub but it had been prepared for guests and was located for the view. The view to the large pond and mountains is extraordinary. We liked the convenient 1 mile distance to Hot Springs and quiet, secluded property with well maintained driveway. First rate in every way, including host communications. (Minor faults include a bit tricky, raised, concrete square stepping stones and ....no others come to mind!All around comfortable and stylish and easy.
