  • Una casa de alquiler de vacaciones de un nivel, tres dormitorios y tres baños con garaje en Hot Springs Village Golf and Lake Resort. La casa está a menos de tres millas o menos de 10 minutos de la puerta de seguridad oeste (autopista 7). Estás a una corta distancia a pie del sendero DeSoto, el lago DeSoto, tiendas y restaurantes. En el nivel de entrada se encuentra la sala de estar con sofá y love seat y una gran televisión de alta definición inteligente. Hay una gran mesa de comedor con sillas adicionales en el bar al lado de la cocina. La cocina se ha actualizado muy bien con una nevera de lado a lado, una estufa lisa y encimeras de Corian actualizadas. El gran cuarto de servicio tiene nuevas lavadoras y secadoras HE. En la planta baja hay un tercer dormitorio con cama extragrande, baño con ducha y bañera y un espacio adicional con televisión de alta definición y dos camas individuales. La sala de juegos tiene una mesa de billar de tamaño completo y una cama individual extra. Hot Springs Village es una comunidad cerrada a unas 15 millas al norte de Hot Springs. Disfrute de golf, pesca, natación, tenis y rutas de senderismo en el corazón de las montañas de Ouachita.

Nice home with many sleeping areas for large family

We loved our stay at this home! In fact, we have another trip planned later this year and wanted to switch to this home but it wasn’t available. We’ve never stayed in a cleaner home and there is so much room! In addition, if you enjoy hiking, the DeSoto all purpose trail is in walking distance and a great hike!A few things to bring with you if you stay here:Dish cloth and towel, paper towels, lighter for the grill, and if you want to use the pool table (which is in great shape) bring your own cues. The ones they have are without tips.Let me say it again, this is the best, cleanest and most spacious home we’ve stayed in!

great area - once you get past the front gate

We loved the house - the kitchen had all you could possibly need to cook or need. House was great with the pool table and beautiful wooded neighborhood. Only snag was the rental managing agency told us 3 times "the gate has the names of all 3 of your group" and each of us were snarled at by the gate keeper and told they didn't have any names.. A little frustrating - but they did finally let us pass through their PORTAL !

Really enjoyed our stay!

We loved this house. It can easily sleep a large family and friends! Layout is great. It’s also in a good location. Although there are houses close by we still felt tucked away and secluded. It’s only a few miles from Ron Coleman mining as well, and we really enjoyed going to both mines to find crystals! Great little spot for our solo getaway, and also great for a family trip! Highly recommend :)

Roomy place

This house was roomy and spacious. Very comfortable for a big family. Close to the front gate of HS village. Will rent again.

Perfect for a family gathering

My husband, adult child and their friends, and I stayed over Thanksgiving. The layout was perfect for our needs, with my husband I able to take the main level master bedroom and the "kids" in the finished downstairs. The kitchen was perfect for preparing Thanksgiving dinner and was stocked with almost every utensil we needed (the only thing we couldn't find was a rolling pin). The Brookshires grocery store right outside the entrance to the community had everything we needed (except that darn rolling pin!) and was very convenient. We highly recommend this property.

Everything was great, the house was fantastic, the only issue we had was something had died in the garage so their was an odor . luckly you couldn't smell it in the house we just didn't use the garage

Served our purposes well; easy access location near West Gate, but still a quiet spot; clean; not unreasonably priced for the size Positives: spacious rooms, 3 king beds & 3 legit bathrooms, big kitchen and well equipped, plenty of seating Negatives: despite an inordinate amount of overhead lighting, there are zero table lamps; there is no decor, making the interior bland; the house exterior and grounds are in serious need of attention and upkeep

Just love it there. It was a second time renting it because we loved the area, cleanness, and the fact it’s a nice big and spacious up stairs and downstairs house with everything u need.

Hot Springs Village getaway

We had a great time staying at Hot Springs Village and visiting Hot Springs! There is a lot to do in that area! The resident we stayed in was perfect! Definitely will do this again!

Wonderful!

We arrived on Friday with easy check in process. The house was amazing, clean and plenty of room for us all. We enjoyed our visit immensely and cannot complain at all with this property. Thank you all so much for a great weekend and we will be booking again!
