“The pre arrival information was great and the check in quick and easy. Staff were always helpful and courteous. The rooms were fair but we struggled to find plug points to charge phones etc. The bathroom was quite dark and the cold water tap dripped. Meals were served well and were more than adequate. The breakfast buffet was great.”

“Everything was very good. the staff were attentive and catered for your every need. The hotel has a good selection of restaurants and of course there is the casino. There is also a nice pool with a bar and a food oulet. The only gripe I did have was that the hot water was seldem more than tepid. I reported this on occassions but to no avail. A short walk away is a shopping mall with more eateries and shopping.”

“Very disappointing experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the person at the front desk was not aware of our reservation. We had to spend more than 15 minutes proving that we had indeed booked a room at this hotel. Once we finally accessed the room, several issues became apparent. There were no towels available, and when we asked for assistance, the staff was unable to help, forcing us to find towels ourselves. “The resort is perfect and the villas, especially were ideal for our family. They are ultra luxurious and huge, overstocked with everything, huge rooms, ensuite bathrooms, everything that could ever have asked for. Close enough to the main resort and right at the gate to the park.”

Das Personal alle sehr nett (besonders: Rassie, mit dem wir unvergessliche Stunden auf den Game Drives hatten und Chris, der sehr zuvorkommende Barkeeper, Kellner). “The rooms were very nice, clean and big. The only thing that was off was the toilet being separate from the showers and sink. So you would have to use the bathroom then come out into your room and wash your hands where the shower and sink was located. The staff were GREAT. Especially Gontse and Patricia.
