“Very clean studio and well supplied. Pet friendly fenced in area . Owners Tammy and Floyd onsite and readily available for any issues you have. I am solo traveler with my dog and I feel safe here. This is 2nd time staying here. Planning on returning again in Sept. Absolutely love the studio very private. ”

“A nice trip ruined , unresponsive owner plays God with the thermostat, plan on sweating in this rental , no A/C … just hot recycled air. The Nest t-stat is locked and can only be controlled by owner. It was 79 degrees when we arrived and 79 when we left. He was completely unresponsive to our requests for cooler air. The windows don’t open. Could not sleep at all. It was stifling. I know people can be a little unreasonable with A/C, wanting it freezing, but the listing says there is A/C and 79...

“The space was just what I was looking for (after escaping a rental that had been much lower quality). The hosts are responsive, and all the necessities are available within the home.”

“The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and modern. No complaints. The outside of the building was a bit rough with trash all around and the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. The “included parking” is street parking - so that “perk” felt a little misleading, but my car was still there when I woke up lol. The only issue was the air condition - it worked great, but anytime it was on you could hear something flapping around in the exposed ventilation system which was quite loud. Otherwise good....
