And I was glad that they made an allowance for recycling. We were disappointed that the indoor pool was closed for renovations. “The property is under renovations and or in need of serious renovation and repairs. Several ceiling areas are peeling and cracking, drywall is flaking off and falling in the bathroom. Transition strips leading to bedroom are missing on the floor leaving exposed rusted carpet nails. This place has some obvious damages that are painted over for a bandaid type repair. The balcony is unsafe with multiple nails sticking up, boards missing, and the railing detached about to fall over.”
