“This is a nice facility near the beach. It is a house with water views. We have stayed here twice snd the owner was open to improvements our last visit implementing some immediately. Very kind guy. Quick walk to the beach and drive to Houston amenities. I appreciate the curtain rods to cover windows with the extra sheets they have to sleep in. Overall would recommendSuggested improvements:Beach towels and a few kid sand items/boogie boards. Doesnt have to be much but those are my favorite places...

“We had such a fun stay! It was my husband, our two boys, and me — and from the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The location was easy to find, and both check-in and check-out were an absolute breeze.Our host Eric deserves a special shout-out! He was genuinely one of the kindest, most jovial people we’ve met. You could feel how excited he was to have us there — and the highlight of the whole trip was definitely him teaching our boys how to shrimp and crab right off the backyard dock....

“My overall experience at the property was 5 stars. I was here on a bachelorette trip, 11 guests, house was very clean and we had plenty of room and lots of amenities to enjoy. The owner even had a gift for us!I will just add a note to anyone looking to spend a fun weekend here that the neighbors are unfortunately sensitive to any kind of noise. 3 of us were in the pool at 10pm (before quiet hours started) on a Saturday night and owners next door threatened calling the cops because of 3 people...

“The property was in perfect condition. And it’s a beautiful property. It was as easy as could be to book it. The instructions were spot on. And the restaurant that’s 50 feet away, Noah’s ark, was awesome as well. We will definitely be returning to this location.”
