Muy Limpio todo camas súper cómodas, Buena distribución el desayuno muy bueno, en la habitación buen equipada secador de cabello plancha para ropa, el control de TV. No funcionaba pero no hiso falta estuvimos tiempo fuera y los niños jugaron en el tv

Recámara muy cómoda y funcional
Muy bien todo, ahorita por pandemia el desayuno es limitado pero util, un muffin, un yogurt, cereal y un crossaint. Estuvimos dos dias y si quieres que te limpien la habitación tienes que avisar en recepción esto como seguridad por medidas de pandemia, La habitación súper bien.

The hotel is really good, the food and service are good. Its recommended for vacations or a business trip. The location is not the best.

I did not like that the gate was locked forcing anyone trying to leaver to drive the wrong way Against incoming traffic. Very dangerous! You have literally made your property into the perfect place to be ambushed by criminals/gang members, which have a strong presence in this area.

Very clean
Room was very clean, breakfast was great! Staff were friendly. The only issue I had was on my second day, the people upstairs were obnoxiously stomping around. They finally quieted down overnight, but the next morning, they were back to stomping around. Thankfully I was getting ready to check out anyway. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again. I felt safe and comfortable

Pleasant Stay
Our family was here for a baseball tournament and our family vacation in one. The hotel was clean, comfortable and safe and the manager was helpful and professional. However there was a 10u basketball team that was staying there and they got somewhat rowdy at times and left messes around the hotel. Also there was a nurses conference on the last morning of our stay and the nurses were eating all of the food for breakfast which left nothing for the guest. When letting the head kitchen staff person know she was a bit short in her response. We had to wait for more food to be cooked which put us behind on our trip. If the nurses where allowed to eat the food then the hotel should have planned accordingly. Overall our stay was pleasant and I would stay here again!

It was a convenient place, please atmosphere, reasonable breakfast, personnel are okay some friendly ones. But it's not so clean specially the pool area and the pool is pretty small. Also there are noise specially from the room above us during night when it was time to rest. But overall, it was good enough...

There was no body wash in the bathroom. Sofa was stained and dirty, the microwave was dirty, the bathroom floor was dirty, the pool was so small and outdated, overall it was terrible.

PLUS - I liked the location, I felt safe. It was easy to park and the hotel was quiet. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room in our suite. TV worked well, and we were able to watch LSU/Florida championship. AVERAGE - Breakfast was okay; I would have preferred more low carb options like scrambled eggs and bacon. NEGATIVE - My group was 4 ladies who stayed 4 nights - the room was serviced only once (which we had to request service; we requested service 2 other times, as well, but didn't receive it); we had to ask for towels every day, we had to take out our garbage ourselves; and we had to request more trash bags and toilet paper.
