The staff were amazingly helpful with all needs, from restaurant recommendations to spa reservations to just answering any questions. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a good safe place to stay.”

“Small modern building, with modern room (big bed ... king size ?), clean bathroom, fridge and water kettle. Elevator. Located 12 mn away walking from train station, slightly of a main avenue. SOquiet. Plenty of places to eat around. Laundromat 2mn away. Pharmacy around the corner. Easy checkin and checkout. Would stay there again when visiting Hualien”
