“Room was clean, bathroom clean, lovely fluffy white towels. Enough packing places in the car park. Breakfast was lovely and fresh, only found out on our second day of stay that I could have requested a tea pot. I also suggested instead of bowls with marmalade/jam, could small pots be provided to put the jam into. Two complaint, one resolved, we only had one bedside lamp on the first night, I let reception k ow and on the second day a second lamp was delivered. Main complaint was the the TV...

“Room was cleaned although a little sdusty, we put a jumper onnthe radiator to warm nd it got full of dust, also they normally have body and hair shampoo in the bathroom, this time hand/body wash. No hair wash. No ”

“We asked for aground floor as we do not do well with steps and they put us in an annex which was obviously new and was just right for us. Our fault that we didn't ask for clean towels etc. The staff are all very welcoming and the meals variable and very enjoyable.”
