This experience was flawless. Richard is the best and was always very responsive although we had zero issues during our entire stay. I highly recommend this property if you want a spotless, comfortable and issue-free stay. Love the decor, love the location and love the little "extra" amenities that made the stay perfect! 10 Out of 10 for sure! Will return!

Lovely home! Very comfortable, especially the mattresses. Well stocked kitchen and coffee bar. Had a great time with our family of 4 including 2 teenage girls. Will absolutely book again if we visit the area.

The townhome was absolutely beautiful. Very clean and homey. We loved the layout and the huge sitting room downstairs. The coffee bar and selection blew us away, we never had to worry about wandering out to get a coffee. Also, it is a very walkable area. 5 mins to the beach, stores, and yummy food!!

We had an amazing stay in Huntington Beach! The location was perfect and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The home was spotless, beachy vibes, and stocked with everything we needed for our first trip to the beach with our one year old son.The host was incredibly responsive and made the entire process seamless from start to finish. We hope to come back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect beach vacation in Huntington Beach.

Awesome Vacation Rental

Me and my family stayed in this house for 5 days 4 nights. The house is spacious, clean and full of everything you need. The house comes with plenty of towels for everyone, phone chargers streaming apps for movies. The kids loved the bunkbeds, and the oldest, of course, loved her own room with a nice big bed. One of the best things about this house, is the location. You could walk to the beach or it’s a short drive to all the shops in Huntington. Also, In the garage, we had everything we needed for food and water storage boogie boards, and umbrella for a fun day at beach. The host communicated so well. I had several questions during our stay and the host responded immediately and gave clear rules and instructions for the house. In the future, my family will definitely be looking to stay with this rental again. Thank you for everything!

Great place to stay by the beach

Extremely satisfied with our stay. This condo looked exactly the way it was advertised on the site.The host was very helpful and responded in a timely manner when asking questions. They made sure to let us know they were readily available when and if we needed anything. It was very clean and up to date. Very close walk to the beach and the fire pit in patio was nice to have as well. Had all the items we needed to spend the day at the beach so that was an extra plus. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Family Disney / Beach Trip

We had a fantastic stay at this home! The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent—close to the beach and in a great area. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others! Richard was very responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns we had.

Best of a luxury hotel and a home

This condo had everything we needed and many things we did not need, but enjoyed - from the welcome snacks/bottle of mimosa to the already plugged in charging cords for our phones. Fluffy towels, crisp sheets and nice smelling soaps all helped us feel like were were in a luxury hotel.Three well appointed bedrooms gave us each a space of our own. The living room, kitchen and patio gave us plenty of space to congregate comfortably. Our favorite space was the patio with the outdoor fireplace.The kitchen was well stocked - made Christmas dinner a breeze with all the cooking and serving gear required (not just a big pasta pot).Everything was well cared for, in good repair and clean. The house was on a quiet block a short walk from the beach or a quick bike ride into town. Very nice location.

Huntington beach family holiday time

The kitchen had a few minor issues, like a spatula that was damaged. Overall, the property was in great condition, beds were comfortable, it was clean and nice short walk to the beach.

Excellent luxurious spot in OC Huntington Beach

We loved all aspects of the house. The amenities available are great. House super clean and the host was very thorough in instructions regarding check and check out. Walking distance to the beach. 3 mins drive to main street restaurants and shopping center. Bikes were available along with beach/ sand toys for the kids. High chair and crib accessible and easy. We are definitely renting this spot again.

Quick beach getaway

Everything was exactly as stated in the listing. We loved the coffee bar, being close to the dog beach, some wine and snacks upon arrival, really comfortable beds, very clean, plenty of nice towels, and very comfortable.
