“When I first got there and went to the check in desk, They had my paperwork laid out on their counter ready to go. No waiting. We were hoping for a ground floor room, but we were given a second story, no elevator. Not their fault, and they informed us that in the future we can call after making our reservations and tell them we need ground floor.
