The unit measures approximately 50 m² and is suitable for a maximum of two adults only. This is an accommodation-only rental, meaning meals and cleaning services are not included. The apartment layout includes one separate bedroom, a living area that combines a kitchenette, a dining area, a desk, and a sitting area, as well as a bathroom equipped with a shower. To ensure a quiet stay, the apartment's windows face the main road but are fitted with triple glazing.
