“Unfortunately wrong contact details given on vrbo but was able to contact owner with correct details given by a fellow holiday maker. “Arrived at the Mews and had difficulty finding keys as instructions were not very clear. I had paid extra for a parking permit and no permit was provided in the unit, had to pay again to park car on street as we were warned that they monitor these streets day and night. We booked this unit as we needed to do some laundry, it lists a washer and dryer in the amenities to find out we only had a washing machine and no dryer. Tried calling the housekeeping number and did not get an answer till 9am...

“My second visit to Astor Hse. I travel out of season (Oct/Nov) due to my work, and find Astor Hse a true pleasure. Apt 8 and 9 have huge bay windows leading onto good sized furnished terraces, which look south over 'Torbay' giving stunning views. The apts are warm and spacious and provide everything you need during your visit. No smart TVs no Spotify on Alexa and the request to leave apartment clean was unacceptable as would have better service from a hotel and the price paid was high end and expectations were not met.”
