“This was a studio cabin. It is located beside the host’s home. I needed to talk with him about the tv. I could not reach him so I knocked on his door. He was not home. I drove into town to get a connection. I have not had a response. I needed to turn the wifi off to use my devices. No tv not good wifi. Squeaky bed and broken hanging porch chairs mentioned in other reviews were not fixed. No instructions at all for air conditioner nor fireplace or using tv. No phone number was given for host. ....

“ I paid in full for three days in 10/22 and then owner decided she could get more for concert dates so first wanted another $2000 since she said she posted bad rates on VRBO. I told her no, I already paid in full so she just canceled my reservation/. I am going to take her to court for this, unethical and wrong. She be required to take her off your site! ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ken’s million dollar house. The room, while small, has everything you need. The location is perfect—close to 2 great golf courses and a short drive or bike ride into downtown Palm Springs. The outdoor amenities are picture perfect. Our Host is amazing. He thought through all the details for a 5 star experience, including special daily treats for us. Thank you!!”

“The studio is simply furnished but had everything we needed. The kitchen is basic and since we didn't plan to cook we were satisfied. If you plan to cook, plan to bring all the condiments you will need. Robert was amazingly responsive to any question or request we had. He was an excellent host. We would definitely stay in the Splash House again.”
