Amazing views across the sea, and a short walk to town (extremely good exercise on the way back!!!) Thank you David for excellent communication and the best welcome basket ever.”

“Really appreciated the ramped access, the lodge is at one level. Suited us well as our son has limited mobility. Co-op just down the lane was great, we went everyday. We had a lot of rain but the terrace seating must be lovely in the summer. We still appreciated the incredible views from there, we just didn’t sit out. There were four of us staying and the living area was very comfortable.”

“Our party of four adults, two seniors and three children were looking forward to our holiday, and we were not disappointed! The house was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay with plenty of parking close to the house. Ilfracombe is a lovely area, with Tunnels Beach being a must to visit for a small fee! Plenty of great places to eat, Hip and Pistol do great food at a very reasonable price. Woolacombe is a lovely sandy beach, great for beach games, surfing or...

“This property was the perfect weekend trip away, with it being fairly modern. The owner had left some essential products which was a lovely touch, we were able to check in early which was perfect as we had arrived a lot earlier than expected. We was blown away with how nice is was and how spacious it was. The parking out the front was okay but found it hard during the week day with two cars. On my google maps it took us to another place but it is on the main road to your left going up the hill....

“The house is exactly as in the pictures, it is not sumptuous 5 star accommodation but it is very clean and spacious. The main selling point is the location, directly across from the beach, you can hear the ocean in every room..lovely It is on a very busy road to the beach car park so not very private but if you like people watching this is a great spot.”

Received a message that driving licence or passport copy required in order to proceed with booking. No privacy agreement presented so no idea what is happening with my personal info.”

“Came to stay for four nights. The property is in a lovely little close with parking. It was decorated beautifully and exceptionally clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the towels were soft and fluffy. ”

“Lovely rustic property, owners very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Gave some feedback about having a hand held shower over the bath and they were already planning to do something. Having lots of baths instead though was very relaxing. We enjoyed our stay.”
