Casa junto al mar que ofrece un alojamiento familiar ideal, a pocos pasos de la playa, fácil acceso al parque de vida salvaje Combe Martin y al castillo de Watermouth. Planta baja:
Sala de estar: Con estufa de leña, TV con canales Freeview, reproductor de DVD, base para iPod, reproductor de CD y piso de madera.
Cocina / comedor: con horno eléctrico, cocina de gas, microondas, nevera / congelador, lavavajillas, lavadora, secadora y piso de madera.
WC separado.
Primer piso:
Dormitorio 1: con cama de matrimonio, TV con canales Freeview y baño con cabina de ducha (sin inodoro).
Dormitorio 2: Con cama doble y TV con canales Freeview.
Dormitorio 3: con litera y TV con canales Freeview.
Cuarto de baño con ducha en el baño y aseo. . Calefacción central de gas, gas, electricidad, ropa de cama y toallas incluidas. Combustible para la estufa de leña disponible localmente. A un corto paseo de la playa, un lugar ideal para pasar el día con sus numerosas piscinas rocosas para explorar o para un paseo nocturno mientras se pone el sol. Tiendas locales, bares y restaurantes están a poca distancia. Numerosas atracciones al alcance de la mano, como el Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, el Castillo de Watermouth y el ferrocarril del acantilado de Lynton a Lynmouth. En Croyde y Woolacombe encontrarás algunas de las mejores y más limpias playas de surf en el país, así como muchas calas y bahías más pequeñas. Sunset Cottage was an amazing base for our holiday in North Devon! It's positioned in an ideal location for the beach, car park and shops/ cafés etc. It's really well equipped, comfortable and clean too. We loved everything about it from the log burner and cosy throws for cooler nights to the body boards and rock pooling nets in the back garden. The owners have thought about everything for a fun-filled and comfortable holiday!

What a beautiful cottage in a fabulous location, literally a hop skip and a jump to the sea. Super comfy beds, lovely shower, great to also have a downstairs loo. Really well equipped and designed. Lovely to have some private outside space though we didn’t get the weather to use it! We loved Combe Martin, a beautiful traditional seaside village with all you need to hand: - Handy local store (and a Co-op a mile up the road) - Lovely cafe (Harbour Cafe) - fab breakfast baguettes!- Good fish and chip shop- Couple of pubs on the doorstop. We drank in the Focsle right on the harbour - views you could not beat, decent beers and ciders, and friendly staff. (We had one drink in the Dolphin but it wasn’t our cup of tea.)Great to have one of the local beaches dog friendly all year. The walk up to coast path was quite something - just stunning. We had wonderful days out and about and Sunset was the perfect spot for us. The cottage has a lovely ‘feel’ to it. Car parking was a doddle as the car park so close (you could see the car from upstairs!) and having the parking permit for the week was a boon.Great communications with the owner. We feel very lucky to have found such a special spot and hope to return! Thank you Kathy!

Fantastic cottage.

Fantastic cottage. Cannot recommend highly enough. 6 of us stayed (grandparents; parents and 2xteenage boys) and it suited us all. Including the dog too! Beautiful inside and extremely clean. Brilliant location right next to the bay plus lots of little shops to buy food and provision. Only 20-30mins from all the big beaches too. Will def recommend to all our friends. Beautiful, spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable cottage. Great location right near the sea, shops and pubs. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Lesley the host was very helpful when I asked for recommendations for local eateries that are dog friendly. The Black Venus in a neighbouring village was superb, we also liked the two bakeries in Combe Martin. The Foscle on the doorstep was lovely for drinks overlooking the harbour. Very hilly walks, a great base for exploring, very busy with hikers and kayakers coming for day trips. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Very enjoyable stay at Sunset.

Very enjoyable stay at Sunset. Good position in village to make the most of the facilities. However the entrance to the cottage was down several steep steps which could cause difficulties if anyone had mobility problems.

Sunset is a wonderful cottage, extremely well presented, maintained and equipped.

Sunset is a wonderful cottage, extremely well presented, maintained and equipped. The location cannot be beaten. The only problem was dogs not permitted on main beach only the small one to the left. They are use to Holkham beach in Norfolk. Pubs are very convenient, food in The Dolphin was good especially the sea bass, do look at the specials board. We also can recommend the Black Venus, worth the short drive either for lunch or dinner, with very friendly hosts. The surrounding countryside is really beautiful, had a great walk along the river near the Hunters Inn worth the 'interesting' drive. Both of us would definitely return but not during Gladstonbury, traffic problems. Thank you very much to our hosts!

The cottage is perfectly located within the beautiful seaside town of Combe Martin. The cottage is light and spacious and is only a stones throw away from the beach. The owners are incredibly helpful and the property has everything you could need. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous in every way even if the weather threw everything at us . The cottage was warm and cosy and just as described. Lovely to be able to walk from the door ,our early morning walk on the beach just heaven,watching the huge waves roll in . Very friendly people in the area ,dog walkers sharing good walks just lovely. Good amenities,the deli fab cakes ,fabulous butcher (nice meat too!) Thoroughly restored and revived after our stay in sunset .Dogs however exhausted!

Would suggest that the book containing the house instuctions is clearly labelled as such.

Would suggest that the book containing the house instuctions is clearly labelled as such. Remove the sticker referring to Netflix (we thought it was a TV instructions book so did not open it until mid week). Please leave the house instruction book on the kitchen table, not under the TV. Otherwise, fabulous, thank you.

We enjoyed a lovely week in October despite the weather. The cottage is ideally situated as the beach, shops and pubs are in the doorstep. It’s also a great base to visit the surrounding areas of Woolacombe, Ilfracombe, Croyd and Clovelly all of which have lots to see and do. A lot of beaches are dog friendly all year round too! The cottage is well equipped and very comfortable. A fantastic place to stay!
