Bright 3 Bed Home Close to Beach & Nature Reserve on South West Coast Path

You are welcome to my home, a bright and airy space with gorgeous countryside views moments away from Hele Bay beach. You will be 20 minutes walk from the seaside town of Ilfracombe. You can also visit the gorgeous beaches of Woolacombe, Saunton Sands or Croyde, all within 30 minutes drive. Just behind the house is Hillsborough Nature Reserve with majestic sea views and direct access to the South-West Coast Path.
The space
There are two double bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom with a futon (small double). The sofa in the lounge also pulls out to a double sofa bed if needed.

Points to note:
The bathroom and downstairs cloakroom and toilet have recently been refurbished to high standards.

The house is located on a main road; it is usually not noisy at night but the road does get busier during the summer holidays. You may want to bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Please note, there is no dedicated parking spot for the house but there is free parking on the road at the front and also on the side road at the back of the house.
Guest access
You have use of the whole house.

Situated in a quaint village close to Ilfracombe, on the South West Path, you are welcomed by the stunning views in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The local garage boasts among the cheapest fuel in all of North Devon! The house is just a few minutes walk to an artisan brewery, award winning mill that serves afternoon tea, and a stunning jagged coastline bay. The local pub has a wonderful selection of drinks and food, with excellent views.
The bay is a favourite for paddle boarding and canoeing around the craggy but beautiful coastline.
