“We loved this place! Located in a cute residential neighborhood, the house had plenty of room for our family of six. It is an easy walk to the beach with traffic lights to cross the busy streets and is right by the fun downtown of Cocoa Beach. The large backyard with the canal and kayaks is a wonderful bonus. “We had a great time! The house, yard, and pool were all clean and exactly as pictured. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. The kitchen had everything we needed. The check-in process was simple and the owner contacted us (through the VRBO app) a few times to ensure all was well. Very organized and well thought out. Fantastic stay.”
