“Our experience at Barsa At 9 on Canal was extremely disappointing. Upon our arrival, we couldn't access the unit we had rented. The lockbox that was supposed to contain our key and parking pass was empty. We waited for over an hour and made multiple calls to condo services, but they were unable to locate maintenance personnel or even the manager to provide us with keys to the unit. Unfortunately, there was no one available to help us. After waiting endlessly, we had no choice but to search for...

“This turned out to be a diamond of a find. We were pressed to find a place for IU's graduation weekend and came upon this condo. Our back balcony (nice) faced the 10th hole, so it was fun watching the golfers (sometimes struggling). Very relaxing out there. The only drawback was that one of the renters (or owners?) near us was a chain smoker, so our time on said balcony was limited to when he wasn't out there...which was rare. Other observations: Nice decor. Nothing broken or not working. Clean....

“It’s absolutely impossible to reach the owner/manager of the location, your support team was also unable to reach them my check in day. The property is so unsafe and unsatisfactory this property should not be allowed to be rented. I sent photos to your support team because I could not allow my family to stay there. I sent multiple photos, there is no chance that this location passes the minimum health and safety standards for a commercial property. Your support team mentioned someone would reach...
