The balcony is private to the unit. The backyard and basement laundry area are shared.



This is a second-floor home, and guests must be comfortable using stairs to access the unit.

Free street parking is available near the home on a first-come, first-served basis.



Pet-Friendly Stay:

Pets may be accepted with prior approval.

A $50 pet fee applies. Please contact us before booking with a pet so we can confirm approval and make sure the home is a good fit for your stay.
