I decided on this place as I needed a place with enough beds for 11 adults and six kids (ages 8-15) to stay while in Indy for my sisters funeral. This place delivered and then some! Cleanliness, I had no complaints and I am a bit of a clean freak. I love that there was no carpeting anywhere except for the stairs and that was fairly new and plush. Accommodations: The owners truly left no stone unturned. Everything has been full renovated, from the Samsung appliances, to high end finishes and bathroom fixtures, to the comfy beds. They could have skimped on stuff like dishes, cups and flatware, but they didn’t do that. I guess my only objection here would have been for them to provide dish towels. The 17 of us never felt like we were on top of each other on this three level home. I do want to say that two of the rooms are not so much bedrooms, but rooms with beds in them, but that’s worked well for us. Entertainment: You will not be bored here unless you want to. There were TVs in every room, although I think only two were ever utilized. There were darts, pool, board games and puzzles. The only time we left the house was for the funeral, grocery shop or grab something to eat and we were there for a total of 4 days with plenty to do. Speaking of food, there is a plethora of food options within walking distance, about 4 blocks. Chipotle, Cava, Insomnia Cookie, sushi, a pancake house, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and my family and I felt safe stay during our stay.
