Upon check-in, I was advised that the elevator was out of service in our room was on the third floor. So we had to walk up and down three flights of stairs during our stay. This was upsetting as my mother had planned to come with us, but at the last minute decided not to. If she had come, I don't know how we would've gotten up and down the stairs as she uses a walker. Also, the TV did not work at all in our room. One of the hotel employees came up to the room and thought he could fix it but he could not so we had no TV either.
For the amount of money spent on this room, I feel it should have been in working order and guest should not be required to walk up and down three flights of stairs to get to their room. Other than that, my day was fine and the staff was friendly. Thank you.
