Great communication from the owner! Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. Tons of nice little touches, like coffee/creamer, a bottle of wine and popcorn, and quality shampoo/body wash/conditioner.Great proximity to the highway and Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Plenty of good restaurants nearby too. A few questionable looking people walked by the house multiple times around midnight and the same car drove by 3-4 times stopping across the street, which concerned us. The Friday night football game at the nearby high school was pretty loud until after 10pm also. These obviously aren’t the owner’s fault, but might be good for families with young children to consider. I still would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay. Communication was excellent and timely. The three season room was our favorite place. Beds were comfortable. Bedding was nice. Neighborhood is quiet. Every store we needed was 10 minutes away. The screen door on the three season room needs a little work and the cleaners could do a little better job but overall it was a really great stay!

This rental home was clean and well stocked with everything that we needed. We were able to accommodate our large family well with the large dining table and multiple bedrooms. The sunroom was a nice place for morning coffee. Easy check in and out as well.

A Great Spot for a Weekend Away

My friends and I had a great stay. The communication with our host was timely, gracious, and through. The place is quiet, clean, and spacious, with plenty of room to hang out and a large well stocked kitchen to cook meals together. It's only about 25 minutes from downtown Indianapolis as a bonus! I would highly reccomend this property, and my friends and I are already trying to plan our return trip next year!

Stayed over the weekend, for the Big 10 rowing tournament. Descriptions and pictures were exactly as stated. House was beautiful with plentynof room for 7 adults and five kids

Great Home for Large Family

The home was great for our large family gathering in Indianapolis. There was plenty of bedrooms and beds for everyone to have a room and get rest at night! The property was clean, but it’s definitely time for a good ‘deep clean’! The bathroom baseboards and corners need wiped down. The furniture was cute and went with the style of the home, but our guys did complain that it was very uncomfortable for watching tv, especially football. The kitchen was well stocked and clean! Communication was available if needed. Overall, we were pleased with our stay!

Olympic trials stay

Beautiful house very poorly maintained - with broken items/furniture, vinil Floors falling apart, staircase railings shaking off the wall, backyard is really not suited for outdoor activities, screened porch in horrible Condition, with ripped screens , sharp staples everywhere and the whole structure seem to be detaching from main house the dirtiest floor I have ever seen. 100% overpriced - when we complained about all these issues, host rather keep the money than acknowledging the property problems, fix it, not did he even bother to offer some sort of compensation or refund for the trouble

Great place to stay for the Indy 500!

Our family came to experience the Indy 500 and visit Indianapolis for the first time. The house was spacious, bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, close to the track, with a great private and peaceful backyard. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. We loved the Newfields Museum and went horseback riding at Natural Valley Ranch. Communication with our host was easy, timely and they were happy to help us have a successful trip.

Family Christmas

We came to town for a family Christmas and rather than renting five hotel rooms we decided to stay at a VRBO. The house accommodated our family for the weekend perfectly. We had plenty of space and room for all of us.

Love it

This is our second time staying here. The first time was for our so son’s wedding and the second was for their baby shower. Piyumi is a great host. Excellent communication and very accommodating. Even gave our son and daughter in law a gift for their new baby girl ❤️ The house is warm and roomy more than enough beds and very comfortable. We will definitely return.

Family Time

I gave this house a 5 star and this is why. The house may be older and has a few flaws but the house was clean! The screen in porch was perfect. The beds had bath towels laid out and the kitchen was equiped. The owners were easy to talk to and the had securities on the house. We will be back.

Very happy highly recommend

My family and dogs stayed here and it was perfect. Great quite neighborhhod, fully fenced in back yard for the dogs. My husband and i throughly enjoyed the screen in back patio where we spent alot of our time. With in minutes of restaurants, starbucks, and shopping. Would definitely stay in this location again. The host was great and very welcoming for our stay.

The property and house are very nice in a good location. House was clean and there were many ammenties available. We had multiple family members travel to Indiana from different states and we were able to have one central location to sleep and eat without being crowded.The owner was very responsive when there was an issue. Would stay here again if we needed to be in the area.

Great Family Mini-vacation!

This was a great place for our family of 13 to stay. Plenty of bedrooms for everyone. Several TV's so the kids could watch kid-friendly programming while the adults watched movies! It was spacious enough for the toddlers to roam after 9 hours in a car!

Quiet and relaxing

The house was in a great and quiet subdivision. It was clean, fully stocked. The backyard was fenced in and there was a grill out there. Within 25 min of downtown and the zoo which was exactly what we were looking for. Would stay again!

Beautiful place close to race track

Place was spotless, owner very helpful no issues. Even had coffee and many kitchen items so we didn’t have to shop for essentials. Bath towels and all bath items like shampoo and soap were provided. Screen room outback was great to relax very quiet development. You won’t be disappointed in this rental for sure.

LOVED IT!

We were in town for a tournament and couldn’t have been more satisfied with our stay. The location is quiet and close to the city. The house was decorated beautifully and well stocked with everything you need and more. I don’t know if I’ve been in a cleaner rental. So many beds and a great floor plan for multiple families or large families. Only thing that would have been nice to have is a full length mirror. I would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again.
