Pleased with rental for its purpose: spending holiday with college based child. Good amount of space (including 2 showers) for 3 adults, at appropriate price. All appliances worked. Decorating stylish but not overdone and pleased at some of the kitchen items present (rolling pin for holiday baking!). As mentioned in other reviews, a few cosmetic issues on floors/walls, but neither were a bother. No problems with surrounding neighborhood, though for some it would be a little run down/on the way up. Future guests coming before a major winter storm will appreciate heat being set prior to check in time - it did take a while to heat up after we arrived. Would/will stay again; also a plus that it's a short distance to the cat cafe, enjoyed by our student!

When we arrived at 11pm and smelled the weed I immediately messaged the host. We went straight to bed and the next morning we received some generic message welcoming us to the house but no response to the weed text. I messaged them again when we found used tissues, partially eaten candy, and a hairball, and to their credit, they offered to move us somewhere else or send a cleaning crew but we had already left for the day and didn't want strangers in there with our things so I asked for them to refund our cleaning fee at least, 98 - they did that. When we got back that night around 9pm and started seeing all of the other issues, hair in both showers, what looked like blood on a rug, trip hazard floorboards peeling up in the living room and kitchen, peeling paint, etc so we started looking for a different place to spend our 3rd night. We woke up the second morning and again all had weed smell headaches & at that time we started the dishwasher & washing machine as requested and left early. 0/10 would not recommend. Will not be going back.

Okay

The site listed that there were four rooms, but there were only 3. This made it difficult for us learning that we had to share beds. It was hard to sleep for a couple of us which did impact the following days.One day we heard gunshots when we were outside.

Cute and clean

The stay was nice however i think the people there before us were smoking pot in the house. As soon as we opened the door it hit us like a brick wall. We also had a slight problem with the doir code working and it took a while for them to respond with the correct code. There was a weird ringing sound coming from the vent in the kitchen that started between 3 and 4 in the morning and did not stop before we left. The house was clean and there was alot to do in the neighborhood.

Wonderful stay!

Extremely pleased with our stay! Great communication, very quick to respsond! The house was super clean and nicely decorated. Our bed was very comfy and the pillows were soft (which is hard to come by!) Parking was a little tight (we had a longer truck). Would definitely recommend!

Paint doesn't fix everything

What a cobbled together dump. The location is great and there is local bars and restaurants nearby. Other than that the house itself is trashy. From the floor falling apart to the unfinished drywall that's just been simply painted over to the poorly done additions. You can tell this place was very quickly flipped by people that did not care about quality. One very nice large master bedroom and two tiny closets they call bedrooms. The one in the back is so poorly built you hit your head on the ceiling because it's so low

Very cute little home in Indy!

Overall we had a very positive experience staying here. The property was a little less clean than we had been expecting, but that would not stop us from staying here again. This home is in a very nice part of Indy, about 20 minutes from downtown. The neighborhood feels very safe, and the parking is not an issue. Parking is street parking only, but we never had a problem finding a parking spot in front of the house. The beds were very comfortable as well! Thank you for hosting us, we had a great time!

Wonderful week in Indy

My wife, three kids, and I stayed at the property in May and had a wonderful stay. The house was in very nice condition and was clean for our stay. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet, even though there are some questionable houses on the street. All in all we would stay here again.

In town for a convention, this was a great place my coworker and I were able to utilize just minutes from downtown. Price point was very reasonable, it is a great little place that I would book again!
