This property was perfect for a family with children. There were snacks provided. Almost anything you might need in the kitchen and other areas. There is a large partially fenced back yard. We visit Noblesville frequently and we will stay here again. I also forgot my cellphone there and they are helping to return it.

Quick trip

The house was just as listed. The decor was nice. The beds were great. The kitchen was stocked well and even had extras like oatmeal packets and all your coffee needs, coffee, sugar, sweet n low, creamer.

Fantastic stay!

The house had everything clean and tidy. We had extra blankets. The bathrooms had some toiletries and kitchen coffee and creamers dishsoap. The area is very safe and lovely. We went for a swim meet at nearby high school. Groceries stores a few minutes away. I would stay here again and again

Nice extras

It was just what we needed for a last minute trip to visit with family. Big plus that the place is pet friendly, spacious back yard. Good communication. We appreciated the extra touches, snacks and coffee! The kitchen was well stocked. Thank you!

Family Visit

We needed a house for my family to stay in to visit other family members. This house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is close to Conner Prairie where we enjoyed a concert. It is also very close to the Ruoff Music Center. A welcome basket with goodies was nice. The house is as described in the listing . The property manager was excellent at making sure we were happy in this house.

The host was exceptional. Any contact was responded to promptly and with appreciation for the feedback. Requests were promptly taken care of-lightbulbs provided to replace one that needed replacement. Very happy with our experience.

We were in town for a memorial weekend for my dad. The house kind of looked as advertised—but once inside it was clad that the space was really outdated. The living room and kitchen are tiny and if there were more than 3 adults it would have been cramped for space. The stairs are steep and if you have dogs know that the backyard isn’t fenced in on two sides of the yard. The neighbors on either side are right next to you so make sure the blinds are closed. Any noise at all in the neighborhood will seep into the walls and you will hear it. The host was overall not as responsive as I would have liked—especially since we drove in through a snowstorm and was delayed in my arrival. I also didn’t like that I had legit questions for the host about checking out early and the host would respond with a message like “would you mind taking out the trash cans to the front of the house since it’s trash day.” I wouldn’t mind doing those things but it’s odd to respond with that when my question was can I check out early . The heating was also odd. It was cold downstairs which explains the space heater but hot upstairs with the heat on. Overall I would not stay here again it was more stress than it was worth for what is my only vacation of the year this year.

10-day local VRBO stay while my house was inaccessible

We needed to find a place to stay while my house was inaccessible due to construction work happening there. This house was 10 minutes to the high school for my daughter, 10 minutes to my house so I could easily get there daily, close to restaurants and shopping, and had a great yard for our dog all for a reasonable price. It was clean, had comfortable beds, multiple sleeping options, plenty of towels & bedding, and a nice washer and dryer. I especially loved all the nice amenities that were provided here that are not at most VRBOs like snacks, garbage bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. The host was very accommodating and easy to get along with. The communication was excellent and she was very responsive.

Needs a cleaning

i just was not super impressed and felt like for the price vs problems; not worth it. The check in code was sent until the last minute, no list was left for check out. This place did not look like it had a good cleaning (fridge was dirty, knobs broken, shades broken, bathroom mat gross, etc). Most important; the heat was not working and although the owner was somewhat quick to respond, she also asked me to “oversee it getting maintenanced?”. I am not your caretaker, i am the customer! I checked out, freezing.

Clean and modern VRBO!

We had a great stay! The house was very clean, modern and we appreciated all the little touches like snacks and toiletries. The beds were comfortable and it felt very homey. The owner was in contact often which was nice in case we needed something. I highly recommend this place!
