“Wow. What a lovely location! Our family of four stayed here for a night on our way out to the Isle of Skye, and we could not have been more pleased. The home is set in a beautiful glen between mountains. It is near the Glencoe visitor center, where we were able to plan out a local hike. There is a greenway trail you will pass over on the driveway that leads to the home. That greenway is a very nicely improved walking path that passes by farmland and a stream. “Melfort Village is terrific. Beautiful setting and marvellous accommodation. There is a pool, tennis court, putting green, restaurant /bar (great food)and lots of space. The staff are great, enthusiastic and helpful.Walks in the nearby hills or to the lochs. The Village is well placed for access to the magnificent nearby scenery (but do not follow the receptionist recommendation as to how to get to the falls - the road is a nightmare and there is a longer but better way!). “We loved the cottage in the Highlands! The property was amazing and had all the convenient amenities in the kitchen needed. Beds were super comfy and the views were massive. We love the deck and the hot tub for evening happy hour. I think the biggest plus was heading out to the trail behind the property. We could hill walk during the day and walk to supper at Holly Tree in the evening. Thank you very much!”

“This was our 2nd time staying at the Holly Tree Hotel in Kentallen. The views are incredible, great food and very nice staff. Kentallen was a good home base for the week where we could strike out from to Oban, Fort William, Glencoe, Skye.”

“Moriston Cottage is a delightful house right in the middle of Lochcarron, a very lovely small village on the water. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the house is well furnished and provisioned with all required for an enjoyable stay. Communication with property management was at all times fast and very helpful. We would recommend this property and the location very highly. ”

“Die Bilder im Inserat versprechen nicht zu viel - die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer und der Terrasse ist grandios. Ein wenig getrübt wurde der Aufenthalt dadurch, dass ständig gelüftet werden muss, weil das Holzhaus sonst etwas muffig riecht. Dass bei dem üppigen Mietpreis der Strom noch extra dazukommt, ist etwas übertrieben.”
