“Beautiful accommodation in a remote area with plenty of privacy. There’s only other two other apartments and the parking situation is ideal as well. We had a few run ins with some bugs in the bathroom but I guess that’s what happens when you’re in nature lol. Just 25 minutes from town. ”

“Wunderschönes kleines Hotel mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Der Empfang ist sehr persönlich und angenehm. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Zimmer sind sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Auch der Aufenthaltsraum mit Kamin lädt zum verweilen ein. Das Abendessen (am besten vorher reservieren, da nur 5 Tische) ist sehr lecker, sowie das umfangreiche Frühstück das ausschließlich mit lokalen Zutaten zubereitet ist. “Just a great weekend stay all round! Sam couldn't do enough for us, always helpful and kind. The entry/check-in and our room was well organized and very clean. The inroom continental breakfast was very nice with a large assortment of items. The evening carrot cake was unexpected and delicious. The twin beds were adequate and the comforters kept us warm. Thank you Sam. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“We had a fantastic stay at Taigh Duitseach in April 2024. Checking in was very easy, the property was lovely and clean, the breakfast was exceptional and lovingly cooked in front of us by Jim and Paulline who were very kind and welcoming. We were only on Skye for 72 hours so we'll definitely be coming back and would feel lucky to stay here again next time!”
