“I wish there was an area outside that you could sit and enjoy the fresh air. I also wish they had a common area that people could sit and converse with friends and family . I didn’t like that I booked through Expedia but needed to alter our travel plans but with 4 days notice to the hotel I could not get my money refunded for the last day and had to pay for 2 hotels. That was very frustrating.”

“Blinds broke when I closed curtains. Curtains do not provide privacy from parking lot. Bedside lamp switch did not work. Toilet dripped constantly. Heater/AC sounds like 747 revving up. Bed comfortable enough. Free hot drinks and cookies. Adequate for single night stay, but overpriced for what you get. More like Hotel 8 in style. Outdated facility on its last legs. Staff friendly enough, but no one was around at checkout.”

“Suite spacious. Functionally well designed. Staff congenial and most helpful. Convenient parking and access to many superb local restaurants, cafes, bars, bistros, within walking distance. Less than one block from river edge sidewalk path along which pleasant walk to Stratford’s two main theatre complexes. We’ll be recommending highly to family and friends. Hopefully having opportunity to return ourselves.”

“No muss; no fuss. Clean motel rooms on a tidy property with a pretty little pool. The owner and staff were positively wonderful – helpful, kind, friendly. I will definitely go back!”

“The staff stood out to me; considering the many hats they wear and the hours worked; they were excellent! I would argue better than most of the major hotels i have stayed at over the years. The room was spacious and clean. The construction on the road in front of hotel is a bit of an eye sore but it certainly didn’t have any impact on the service. The breakfast was just fine. The parking was convenient at back of hotel.”

“Great place to stay and great food,the staff is awesome and helpful. The only one thing is when booking a room it states breakfast is included which is of course a seller but it was not and only offered a free mimosa, very misleading. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.”

“Not well soundproofed. Herd kids playing in the hallway and running back and forth in their room and yelling. Too bad because it was a nice clean hotel with a comfortable bed and pillows.”

“The hotel was adequate for one night. And I see they have updated some things like the decor and bathroom. However the musty smell is very off putting and did not make for a pleasant stay. Check in was quick and easy and the staff was pleasant.”

“what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either.”

“Overall, our two-night stay was okay. Our room(s) were interesting, since it was more like a suite. However, window air conditioning was loud. And coffee was nowhere to be found. Our in-room coffee/espresso machine was inoperable. And while talking to other folks staying there, found they had the same experience. Continental breakfast was a joke and again no coffee.”
