“Beautiful, classic room with poster bed in an ancient but well-maintained building, giving a full Scottish feel. The hotel is close to Loch Kinord natural reserve, which provides picturesque and serene walks.”

“Wonderful pub and accommodation. Staff were exceptional and couldn’t do enough to help. They all had such genuine smiles and welcomes. Food was lovely and the pub had great character. Whilst our room was small with very limited storage it was sufficient for our needs and clean and welcoming. The bathroom was lovely. A superb stay and would totally recommend.”

“Situado en un entorno rural con la planta baja (zonas de restaurante y de bar con chimenea) bonita, la habitación doble ("Honeybarrel") con baño no llegó a cumplir nuestras expectativas ni el nivel alto que el establecimiento tiene como objetivo. Ambos eran sobre todo muy pequeños y carecían de armarios (teníamos que dejar el equipaje en el pasillo detrás de la puerta de la habitación y una maleta en el coche). La escalera a la primera planta incómoda. El personal amable.”

“When I arrived the lady behind reception was very efficient in checking me in, and giving directions to room . The Morning Receptionist was also very helpful as was the Dining Room lady . Best breakfast I have had in a hotel in a long time. Beautiful. All together a most enjoyable stay all round . Thank you , Banff Springs”

“Perfect place to stay with a dog. The mattress could do with an upgrade but otherwise very comfortable although there was an overwhelming smell of cleaning products in the accommodation. Food is excellent. ”
